It’s a lovely place, we were here a week ago, the place is so nice. It’s spacious, yet feels warm and just right, nice small houses which are spread on a hill, in blocks of five. You hear a little noise if someone is loud, yet during our time it was really calm. The crew is the sweetest we had so far. So friendly, not everyone is speaking English, yet made lovely contact. In special, Zung, who managed most of our stuff is so sweet and helping. We even planted a tree together as a thanks to the loving days. We recommended this place already to some travellers and will continue do that. Thanks again x Nena and Bram

We enjoyed yet another wonderful stay at Mua Cave Ecolodge! The services offered by the front desk staff (Lan and Ha Vì) and restaurant staff (Nhung and Ling) are consistently outstanding, as this is our third stay. We were offered an upgrade but we chose to stay in the family room with balcony because of the amazing view! The grounds are fabulous and provide easy access to ascend dragon mountain. The food is delicious and we enjoyed wine made from a vineyard on the property. The value for the room, food and location is great! We’re definitely planning to return!

We spent a night here in a beautiful bungalow, enjoyed a nice gin&tonic at the bar, watched the sunrise the next morning (the ticket is included if you stay here), and had a great breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged our bus ride to Cat Ba Island.

Very exciting experience climbing the Ngoa Long mountain. There are two sides to choose: the right side is lower and easier to climb, the left side is higher and harder to climb as the steps are stood-up straight. The view is amazing with the bird eye view of the Tam Coc swamp. I even met Messi there. There are also various foreign food restaurants nearby.

Pleasant and relaxing place, The climb is the main attraction but the panaroma is also a beautiful things to do.

In terms of the location, I don’t think you can find a better place to stay in the area. Simply unforgettable. There are some negatives in my own experience. The switch to the boiler looks just like a common light switch and was not labeled so we had the boiler off and had to call room service. Some of the locks on the doors didn’t seem the safest. In the restaurant, one thing that wasn’t very pleasant was that 3 or 4 street cats were coming in the dining area and begging for food while breakfast, and the staff didn’t seem too bothered to do much about it. We also went to the spa to ask for a massage as it was empty and the girl politely said yes. After having us wait for 10 minutes, she comes back saying the massage wasn’t possible because she could not contact staff members. We then booked with a day and a half notice. The massage we had booked included a steam room, and in the day it happened to be out of service. In the spa changing rooms there was used disposable female underwear that had been left there and also a spa skirt. All things said, the massage was very pleasant and worth it. Last of all, the reception staff were ever so kind and super helpful despite the language barrier. They helped us with transfers, activity bookings and more.

A wonderful stay at Hang Mua Ecolodge. A perfect place to stay when you are in Ninh Binh. We can do the sightseeing without buying tickets while staying here. The staff are great especially Ha Vi, we would like to thank her for her knowledge of the heritage itinerary and helping us arrange where to keep our luggage after check out and return to Hanoi. Everything was great!

Clean and spacious rooms in a tourist village near Hang Mua viewpoint. Can get busy with tourists. Great scenary from the top onto the rice fields. However, we went in December, so they were just ploughing the fields.
